Session  Information

Your Photo Session Experience

Every session begins with a conversation: we talk about your project, your ideas and the atmosphere that feels right for you. My Longueuil studio warmly welcomes clients from Montreal, the South Shore and Greater Montreal. I support you at every stage to create natural, authentic portraits that reflect who you are.

Before Your Session

Before your session, we take time to discuss your project, the type of portraits you want and the atmosphere you are looking for. You can send me ideas, inspiration images or simply tell me what you would like to achieve.

We also discuss outfits, who will take part and the location—at the Longueuil studio or outdoors, depending on your project. This preparation helps you arrive with clear reference points and create images that meet your expectations.

During Your Session

You do not need to know how to pose or feel photogenic to enjoy your session. I guide you throughout with simple directions for posture, expression and the small details that bring out your face and personality.

We move at your pace, in a calm and respectful atmosphere. Lighting, outfits, backgrounds and the style of the images are adapted to your project to create natural, polished portraits that faithfully express what you want.

After Your Session

After the session, you receive the unretouched photos included in your package so you can select those you would like to have retouched. You can also choose additional photos or advanced retouching according to your project.

I then retouch the selected images carefully, respecting the lighting, colours and style of your session. Final files are delivered within 7 to 10 days.

Fine Art Prints

Your portraits can also become works to keep and display in your home. Fine Art prints on museum-quality paper are included in some packages and can also be ordered separately in different sizes.

Each print is made in the studio on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 professional photo printer with LUCIA PRO II pigment inks. I use Fine Art paper without optical brightening agents, chosen for its excellent long-term stability. Colours, blacks and details are carefully reproduced to create prints designed to be enjoyed for decades, even generations.

Framing is also available as an option to present and protect your print according to where it will be displayed.

Book Your Session

When you are ready to plan your session, contact me to discuss your project and check availability. Together, we will confirm the session type, preferred date and options that suit you. A $25 deposit confirms your booking.
